Hamilton Couples Waterfalls Hike – “Take a HIKE” CLHG
Today we hiked 13.5km, 20,500 steps, along the Bruce Trail and side trails visiting 6 waterfalls and numerous cascades in Hamilton, Ontario, the waterfalls capital of the world. Although the trail was icy and muddy at some parts it was pretty dry and beautiful at most.
Organized though my “Take a HIKE” Caledon Ladies Hiking Group, this couples only hike has got to be one of my favourites with great conversation, laughs and even a pint of beer to follow 🙂
Waterfalls visited: Lower Westcliffe Falls, Westcliffe Falls, Sanitorium Falls, Princess Falls, Scenic Falls and Shaver Falls.
I lived in Fort Erie for several years, loved hiking in this area. Great photos.
