Talk and Book Signing with Explorer and Author Adam Shoalts

A professional explorer and adventurer, elected a Fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographical Society (RCGS) for “extraordinary contributions to geography,” who completed a 4,000 km solo journey across Canada’s Arctic, Adam Shoalts shared his adventures from his new book A History in Canada in 10 Maps at the Villa Caledon Inn with a engaged group eager to hear his experiences.

Thanks to Mayor Allan Thompson for taking time away from his busy schedule to welcome Adam to Caledon along with Councillor Barb Shaughnessy, Jessica Maga, Director of External Relations for The Great Trail who introduced Adam, Caledon’s very own artist, filmmaker, and explorer Cory Trepanier, the Villa Caledon Inn and everyone who attended the event.
