This definitely was the longest and most challenging hike we have done with the Caledon Ladies Hiking and Meet Up Group, 13 km and 16,000 steps. It is also one of the most beautiful with the Bruce Trail going through 35 foot rock cliffs of the beautiful Niagara Escarpment, steep stairs, streams and rivers. The steep decent lead to a steep climb bringing us to the beautiful Belfountain Conservation Area, which was hard to enjoy as we got caught in the dark. This is a hike worth doing and definitely rewarding once accomplished.
