Donate to the Bruce Trail without spending a cent!

Due to the great amount of traffic on my Lifeology 101 blog site, just recently I have been approved for WordAds. What this means is that family friendly ads have been placed throughout the site and when people visit the site I earn money.

What I have decided to do is to donate a percentage of the earnings to a non-profit organization. The charity of my choice for 2016 is the Bruce Trail Conservancy.

With that in mind, every time you visit the site, a page, a blog, click on a photo, link or ad, you are helping in raising money for the Bruce Trail without spending a cent.

The reason I have chosen the Bruce Trail for 2016 is simple. Aside from the fact that it is rated a 4 out of 4 star charity, it is one that I use often and wanted to give back.

About the Bruce Trail:

The Bruce Trail is Canada’s oldest and longest marked footpath, provides the only continuous public access to the magnificent Niagara Escarpment, a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. Running along the Escarpment from Niagara to Tobermory, it spans more than 890 km of main Trail and over 400 km of associated side trails.

About the Bruce Trail Conservancy:

The Bruce Trail Conservancy (BTC) is a charitable organization* committed to establishing a conservation corridor containing a public footpath along the Niagara Escarpment, in order to protect its natural ecosystems and to promote environmentally responsible public access to this UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve.
